ONC Launches Stage 2 Meaningful Use Education Module

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has launched a self-paced education module on the "transitions of care" from both a meaningful use and electronic health record technology certification perspective.
The ONC and CMS created the video to address stakeholder questions regarding the stage 2 / 2014 edition meaningful use objectives, its measurement requirements and valid certification approaches.
