Central Michigan Healthcare Groups Create Center for Orthopedic Research

The Van Andel Research Institute and several other healthcare institutions in Grand Rapids, Mich., are creating the Center of Excellence for Orthopedic Research, according to a release from Van Andel.
The center will unify basic, applied and clinical research programs in the area.
The other sponsors are Spectrum Health, Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and the Translational Genomics Research Institute.
