The survey found that 70.6 percent of those polled were "very positive" or "somewhat positive" about 2010, compared with 56.3 percent in 2009.
However, the share of "very positive" answers actually fell by 3.3 percent to 17.5 percent.

More than two of three executives at medical device and in vitro diagnostics companies believe the business environment will be better for the industry next year than in 2009, according to new survey by Emergo Group.
