William Abdu, MD, is the medical director of the Spine Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. He is also a member of the DHMC Board of Governors. He is an associate professor of orthopedics and of The Dartmouth Institute, part of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He was one of the early proponents of the electronic and wireless methods of assessing patient reported outcomes, now commonly referred to as H-Quest.
