Interventional Spine Receives Patent for Opticage Device

Interventional Spine has received a patent for its expandable interbody fusion device, the Opticage, according to a company news release.
The Opticage is part of the company's new PerX360 System, which allows surgeons to perform a completely percutaneous lumbar interbody fusion with two incisions smaller than 15mm. The procedure is expected to take 45 minutes or less.
