Mako Surgical shareholders have filed several lawsuits against the company, alleging it misrepresented its sales to improperly inflate stock prices, according to a
Mass Device report.
A total of six lawsuits were filed by shareholders in the previous four months, according to the report. A few of the lawsuits have been consolidated as a single case.
Mako Surgical has not commented on the recent allegations.
