Mako Surgical Shareholders File Lawsuits Alleging Inflated Stock Prices Featured

Mako Surgical shareholders have filed several lawsuits against the company, alleging it misrepresented its sales to improperly inflate stock prices, according to a Mass Device report.
A total of six lawsuits were filed by shareholders in the previous four months, according to the report. A few of the lawsuits have been consolidated as a single case.

Mako Surgical has not commented on the recent allegations.
