Medtronic, NuVasive Battle Over Patent Infringement Allegations Featured

NuVasive plans to fight allegations of patent infringement over several orthopedic devices, according to a Mass Device report.
Medtronic accused NuVasive of patent infringement in a lawsuit filed in an Indiana district court last week. The lawsuit included NuVasive's CoRoent spinal implants and Osteocel Plus bone grafts, according to the report.
