Medtronic Acquires Chinese Orthopedic Device Company for $755M Featured

Medtronic has completed a $755 million acquisition of China Kanghui Holdings, a Chinese orthopedic device producer, according to China Daily.
The company's executive vice president called China one of the fastest-growing medical device markets. The acquisition brings a strong product portfolio and new products in trauma, spine and joint reconstruction.
