Aspen Valley Hospital Acquires MAKOplasty Robotic System

Aspen Valley Hospital has acquired the MAKOplasty robotic system for partial knee and hip replacements, according to a report from the Aspen Times. The hospital purchased the system in August for $1.25 million and expects to perform 60 cases per year using the equipment. Surgeons at the hospital have performed 20 MAKOplasty procedures so far.
