Hydrocision's Spine Device Now Available for Herniated Disc Pain Relief

Spinal Tech

Hydrocision hopes to spread the word about the effectiveness of its minimally invasive treatment for herniated disc pain, according to the Boston Business Journal. The company's device is used for an FDA-approve procedure called hydrodiscectomy, which removes tissue from the bulging disc at the base of the spine with a stream of water and a needle. Originally, the procedure prepared a disc for an implant, but now it is being marketed for pain relief, as well.
