Fishers, Ind.-based Nexxt Spine will move its headquarters and manufacturing plan to Noblesville, Ind., according to the Indianapolis Business Journal. The spine implant manufacturer has 11 employees split between Fishers and Indianapolis who will be consolidated in the move. Noblesville's council approved a three-year tax abatement for Nexxt Spine, which should add 44 jobs by 2018, according to the report.
