Mr. Flora is the president, CEO and director of OmniGuide. He has worked at numerous other medical device companies, including Covidien, Smith & Nephew and Tengion. He has professional development certifications from Yale University in New Haven, Conn., the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Lord is the chairman of the board of directors at Dexcom. He is a professor of clinical pathology at the University of Miami Health System, and previously served as chief innovation officer and senior vice president at Humana insurance company. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
