Here are 21 key notes on orthopedic and spine device companies over the past week.

Zimmer Biomet reported net sales of $1.9 billion in first quarter 2016. The company also entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cayenne Medical.


NuVasive reported total revenue of $215.1 million in first quarter 2016, an 11.8 percent increase from the $192.4 million reported for the first quarter of 2015. Additionally, the company will soon launch five new surgical solutions.
