Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health is the first institution in the nation to use the ROSA Spine robotic system during a spine surgery.

"Spine surgeries require precise movements of the surgical instruments," Dr. Torres-Reveron said. "ROSA Spine has the ability to take any movements or obstacles into account and adjust accordingly, helping to ensure that the surgical plan can be followed as closely as possible."
