Knoxville, Tenn.-based ChoiceSpine has released its Harrier ALIF system after receiving 510(k) clearance.
Here are five things to know:
1. Harrier is an anterior lumbar interbody fusion system.
2. ChoiceSpine, which designs spinal implants, received 510(k) clearance in November 2016.
3. The company plans to launch three additional products in 2017.
4. Anderson Collins, ChoiceSpine's director of business development explained that the company's significant growth over the past four years stems from "bringing new products to market and working the right distributor partners."
5. ChoiceSpine was founded by Rick Henson and Marty Altshuler in 2006.
