As a result of the acquisition, four orthopedic surgeons will join Memorial Healthcare. MMO will continue providing services at its facility, including X-ray, EMG and physical therapy. The physicians will also continue offering their services at their St. Johns location.
The partnership will be effective July 9, 2012.
