Tyson Cobb, MD, presented a new minimally invasive arthritis technique at the 2015 Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand Meeting in Milan, Italy.

1. Dr. Tyson Cobb shared his research on a new minimally invasive treatment option for thumb and wrist arthritis at the meeting.
2. The treatment involves removing arthritic bone through a small incision with the aid of a small video camera.
3. Dr. Cobb is the director of the hand and upper extremity center at Orthopaedic Specialists in Davenport, Iowa.
4. He is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery, American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand.
5. Dr. Cobb completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the University of Texas in Austin.
