Jerome Wiater, MD, practices at Beverley Hills (Mich.) Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in adult reconstructive surgery as well as sports medicine.
He is currently a member of the board of trustees of William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. He also is the executive chair in the department of orthopedics at the same hospital.
Previously, Dr. Wiater was the president of the Michigan Orthopaedic Society and former vice chairman in the department of orthopedic surgery at William Beaumont Hospital.
Dr. Wiater earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. Following medical school, Dr. Waiter completed his internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. He underwent a general surgery residency at William Beaumont Hospital, and then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
