Dana P. Piasecki, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with OrthoCarolina, an orthopedic facility serving the greater North Carolina area.
Dr. Piasecki earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. He completed his residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and a fellowship in sports medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
During his fellowship training, Dr. Piasecki served as assistant team physician for the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bulls, and head team physician for the Chicago Steel Hockey Squad.
In addition to his professional interests, Dr. Piasecki is a former athlete and currently serves as a volunteer physician for the U.S. Olympic Committee.
