Brian Wolf, MD, is an associate professor of orthopedics and rehabilitation at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Wolf specializes in ACL tear, AC joint separation, knee cartilage lesion and rotator cuff repair, among others.
Dr. Wolf was named to America's Best Doctors in 2013. The American Shoulder and Elbow Society granted Dr. Wolf the Neer Award in 2013. Dr. Wolf is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons and Iowa Orthopaedic Society.
After earning his medical degree from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Wolf completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Iowa. He underwent his sports medicine and shoulder fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
