Jason A. Barry, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Twin Cities Orthopedics, a physician group with offices throughout the Midwest. He specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, with clinical interests in ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair and cartilage injury treatment.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Barry participates in Twin Cities Orthopedics' north division board of directors and is a member of the group's sports medicine committee. He holds a subspecialty certification in sports medicine, and serves as the team physician for athletic teams at North Central University in Minneapolis and University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. He is affiliated with American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America, among other professional societies.
Dr. Barry earned his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha. He went on to complete residency training at Orlando Health and a sports medicine fellowship at Bloomington, Minn.-based TRIA Orthopaedic Center.
