Neil R. MacIntyreIII, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at OrthoWilmington, a practice with locations throughout North Carolina. His clinical interests focus on orthopedic trauma, including fractures and dislocations of various extremities.
He practices at two OrthoWilmington offices and is affiliated with New Hanover Regional Medical Center, NHRMC Orthopedic Hospital at Cape Fear Hospital and Wilmington Surgcare, all of which are located in Wilmington, N.C. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a candidate member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
Dr. MacIntyre earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he also performed residency training in orthopedics. He went on to complete an orthopedic trauma surgery fellowship at New York-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
