Christopher Jobe, MD, is joining the Oroville Orthopedic Group, according to an Oroville MR report.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Jobe has been practicing orthopedics for more than 30 years at Loma Linda (Calif.) University Medical Center.
2. He has a special interest in treating shoulder and knee disorders. He also treats sports injuries.
3. Dr. Jobe earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed his residency at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
4. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Jobe is also an innovator and partnered with a local inventor to develop a syringe extender so physicians can operate it with one hand and improved accuracy, according to a Redlands Daily Facts report.
