Pain specialist Ian Rivera, MD, has joined the pain management program at Southcoast Physicians Group in Wareham, Mass., according to a Wareham Weekly report.
In addition to providing inpatient and outpatient consultation at the pain management program, Dr. Rivera will see patients at the Southcoast Brain and Spine Center in Dartmouth and the Southcoast Centers for Cancer Care in Fairhaven and Fall River.
Dr. Rivera earned his medical degree at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He completed two surgery preliminary years at New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y., and completed anesthesiology and pain management training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, N.Y.
