Floyd County in Indiana is considering imposing a one-year moratorium on the establishment of any new pain management clinics, according to a Courier-Journal report.
The county has no pain management clinics at the moment and the moratorium ordinance says that existing zoning and laws do not adequately address their location and operation.
The Floyd County Plan Commission is expected to vote on the ordinance soon, according to the report.
