Nicola V. Hawkinson, DNP, RN and founder of SpineSearch, presented at a DePuy Spine workshop focusing on women's leadership in spine.
Ms. Hawkinson's presentation was titled "Who's Got Your Back? How females survive and thrive in spine." It focused on statistics about women in the spine industry, comments on sales from female prospective, challenges for professionals and tips on how to succeed in the industry.
The DePuy workshop on "Leading the Pack: Customer Centric Communications," held June 17-18, was sponsored by DePuy Spine Sales Training and Women's Leadership Initiative.
