Wayne Cheng, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty in spine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and practices at Loma Linda University Orthopaedic Group in San Bernadino, Calif. Dr. Cheng received his medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed his internship at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Los Angeles County Drew Medical Center and a fellowship in adult spine surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C.
He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Association, North American Spine Society and State Medical Society. Dr. Cheng also served as the 2006 honorary chairman to the Physicians Advisory Board.
