Andrew W. Moulton, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon with Sarasota (Fla.) Orthopedic Associates.
Dr. Moulton earned his medical degree from and completed his residency at the State University of New York Downstate School of Medicine in Brooklyn. He then completed a spinal surgery fellowship at New York University/Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City.
Dr. Moulton performs all aspects of spinal care, including non-operative treatments, minimally invasive surgery, fracture care and deformity correction. He diagnoses and treats spinal disorders in pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Dr. Moulton is the founder and president of the board of directors of the Butterfly Foundation, a nonprofit medical organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with complex spinal deformity in developing countries.
