IASP will promote advocacy for high quality, widely accessible and cost effective spine surgery. IASP membership is free to spine patients and its efforts are funded through contributions from physicians, spine surgeon members and corporate donations.

Thomas Errico, MD, will serve as the chair of the IASP board of directors.
