Stacy Danahy, director of nursing at Laser Spine Institute in Scottsdale, Ariz., recently received the Arizona Health Care Leadership Award in the field of nurses and nursing advocates, according to a Laser Spine Institute news release.
Ms. Danahy is responsible for managing the risk and quality control at the facility, answering questions and determining surgery efficiency. She is an advocate for patient safety and comfort.
