Dr. James Andrews Performs Shoulder Surgery on Rays' Brandon Guyer Featured

James Andrews, MD, founder of Andrews Institute of Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Fla., will perform shoulder surgery on Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Brandon Guyer, according to a Tampa Bay Online report.
Mr. Guyer suffered a torn labrum in his left shoulder during play earlier this month. Dr. Andrews will perform surgery to repair the injury later this week. Mr. Guyer is expected to spend the rest of the season recovering from the procedure.
