Colorado Rockies' Troy Tulowitzki Undergoes Surgery With Dr. William Meyers Featured

William Meyers, MD, of Vincera Core Physicians in Philadelphia performed surgery on Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki to repair athletic pubalgia, according to an ESPN report.
Mr. Tulowitzki's recovery is expected to take approximately six to eight weeks. Dr. Meyers opened Vincera Core Physicians in 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating core injuries. He has evaluated more than 11,000 patients, including professional players from the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, Olympic Track and Field and collegiate and recreational athletes.
