Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts will undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right hip, according to a Baltimore Sun report.
Marc Philippon, MD, of The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo., will perform the procedure. Mr. Roberts is expected to be out for the remainder of the season.
