David Altchek, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery, performed shoulder surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff on Oakland A's pitcher Dallas Braden, according to the Reporter.
A definitive timeline for Mr. Braden's return is not yet known.
