Miami Marlins relief pitcher Juan Carlos Oviedo underwent Tommy John surgery on his right elbow, according to a Sun Sentinel report.
James Andrews, MD, orthopedic surgeon at Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Fla., performed the surgery.
