Dr. Andrews performed a procedure to remove a piece of torn meniscus in Mr. Brooks' knee. Mr. Brooks is expected to return in time to defend his championship.

James Andrews, MD, founder of Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, recently performed knee surgery on WWE Champion CM Punk, also known as Phillip Jack Brooks, according to an Examiner report.
