Dennis Alter, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine, recently joined Flagler Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Palm Coast, Fla., according to a News-Journal report. Dr. Alter was the owners of Alter Orthopaedics and will continue to practice in the same location. He earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency at National Naval Medical Command.
He previously served as chief of staff at Florida Hospital Flagler and currently serves on the hospital's Board of Directors.
