Dr. James Andrews to Perform Knee Surgery on Oakland A Scott Sizemore

Today, James Andrews, MD, founding partner and medical director of Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Fla., is scheduled to perform knee surgery on the Oakland Athletics second baseman Scott Sizemore according to a Yahoo Sports report. Dr. Andrews will perform surgery in order to repair the torn anterior cruciate ligament in the player's left knee.

This is the second time the second baseman has torn his ACL.
