•    56 percent would select the same specialty
•    37 percent would select a career in medicine
•    21 percent would select the same practice setting

What do orthopedists think is the most satisfying aspect of their job?
•    38 percent are most satisfied because of gratitude and their relationship with patients
•    34 percent are more satisfied through being good at what they do and making correct diagnoses
•    10 percent are most satisfied because they believe they are making the world a better place
•    7 percent are most satisfied because they are making a decent amount of money for a job they enjoy
•    6 percent are most satisfied through the pride of being a physician
•    4 percent are satisfied for other reasons
•    1 percent have no job satisfaction
