Jeffrey Kozak, DO, fellowship-trained sports medicine physician, has joined the staff of Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, according to a fortbendstar.com report.
He will see patients at the practice's Sugar Land, Texas, offices.
Dr. Kozak recently completed his fellowship training at Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
