Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Sugar Land, Texas, announced the addition of Jeffrey Kozak, DO, to its medical staff.
Dr. Kozak has completed the primary care sports medicine fellowship at Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of North Texas HSC College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.
