David M. Joyner, MD, was named senior vice president and executive director of the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Fla.

2. Most recently, he was the athletic director for Penn State University in State College and a member of the Penn State University Board of Trustees.
