Joseph E. Noonan, MD, comes to Franklin Memorial Hospital from Crossroads Orthopedic Sub Specialists in Waterford, Conn.

1. Dr. Noonan brings over 27 years of experience to the orthopedics team.
2. Dr. Noonan has an extensive background in sports medicine, shoulder and elbow diseases and general orthopedics.
3. After graduating from St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Noonan completed his residency at St. Louis University Hospitals. He then went on to complete two fellowships; the first was a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the WB Carrell Clinic in Dallas, while the second was a sports medicine fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
4. Dr. Noonan is licensed to practice medicine in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts in addition to Maine.
