Dr. Darren Lebl joins NanoFUSE Biologics scientific advisory board: 4 things to know

NanoFUSE Biologics named Darren Lebl, MD, to its scientific advisory board.

 

Four things to know:

1. Dr. Lebl is an associate professor of spine surgery and maintains a minimally invasive spine surgery practice at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery. He focuses on motion preservation and robotic-guided navigation surgery.

2. In this advisory board role, Dr. Lebl will contribute his expertise to NanoFUSE, which has the only FDA-cleared bioactive glass and demineralized bone matrix combined device.

3. Beyond his medical degree, which he earned from Stanford (Calif.) School of Medicine, Dr. Lebl earned degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology, chemistry and economics from the University of Chicago. He has also undergone advanced training for cervical spine disorder treatment.
