Hamid Abbasi, MD, presented four Inspired Spine studies at the World Congress of Neurosurgery Meeting in Istanbul, Turkey.
Here are four highlights:
1. The first study compared Inspired Spine's minimally invasive Oblique Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion with traditional fusion. The study revealed a 50 percent reduction in operating time and an 80 percent drop in blood loss for the OLLIF procedures.
2. The next study analyzed OLLIF hospital cost savings, noting a hospital system saved more than $6,000 per procedure as well as reduced length of stay by more than one and a half days.
3. Another study highlighted the Minimally Invasive Direct Lateral Interbody Fusion, with the final study diving into the Minimally Invasive Thoracic Lateral Interbody Fusion.
4. Inspired Spine is a spine care provider committed to enhancing treatments via minimally invasive means.
