Morristown, N.J.-based Tyber Medical rolled out its headless cannulated trauma screw system, which will be available to private label partners and surgeon advisors.
The trauma screw implant is designed to deliver enhanced compression and pullout resistance in both cortical and cancellous bone with self-cutting and self-countersinking flutes. The company plans a full product launch late in the fourth quarter.
The company is also looking for new private label partners. "Our private label business model offers companies access to portfolio enhancing, regulatory approved implants in a matter of months," said Tyber Medical Sales Manager Stu Shank. "Tyber Medical has developed comprehensive processes that allow companies to conserve internal resources and increase profitability immediately."
