InVivo Therapeutics added Ben Taub Hospital in Houston as a clinical site for the INSPIRE study.
Here are four things to know:
1. The INSPIRE study examines the safety and efficacy of InVivo Therapeutics' Neuro-Spinal Scaffold.
2. The biodegradable Neuro-Spinal Scaffold is intended to support appositional healing after spinal cord injury.
3. There are currently 22 clinical sites participating in the study.
4. The Ben Taub Hospital, located in the Texas Medical Center, is staffed by the Baylor College of Medicine.
