BioSpine Institute moves headquarters to Tampa — 5 things to know

BioSpine Institute recently moved its corporate headquarters to Tampa as the area’s spine market becomes more competitive, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Here are five things to know about the new location:

 

1. BioSpine Institute signed a lease at the Corporate Center Two at International Plaza in Tampa for the corporate headquarters to move closer to the surgery center.

 

2. The BioSpine surgery center is in Avion Park, where Laser Spine Institute is currently constructing a 176,000-square-foot corporate campus.

 

3. The majority of office space deals in Tampa Bay are less than 20,000 square feet, but the new BioSpine Institute headquarters will be in 31,000 square feet of office space.

 

4. Representing BioSpine in the transaction was JLL Senior Vice Presidents Gary Godsey and Brent Miller.

 

5. There are two physicians associated with BioSpine Institute, focused on minimally invasive spine surgery, interventional pain management and disc replacement techniques.
