Neal ElAttrache, MD, is scheduled to perfom Tommy John surgery on Tony Gonsolin of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the MLB said Aug. 28.
Mr. Gonsolin is expected to have the elbow surgery Sept. 1, according to a news release.
The procedure is expected to extend the pitcher's absence through 2024.
