Dr. Hung Vu joins Lincoln County Medical Center: 4 things to know

The Ruidoso, N.M.-based Lincoln County Medical Center has added orthopedic surgeon Hung Vu, MD, PA, to its medical team, according to Ruidoso News.

Here are four things to know about Dr. Vu:

 

1. He will treat both acute and chronic conditions of the bone, joints and muscles at LCMC.

 

2. Prior to joining LCMC, Dr. Vu practiced at his own private practice in El Paso, Texas.

 

3. He served 22 years as an orthopedic surgeon, flight surgeon and diving medical officer in the United States Army.

 

4. Dr. Vu earned his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md. He went on to complete his orthopedic residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso.
